Baby Killdeer and Coupon Code

So, I had a most pleasant surprise this morning when I was carrying my work stuff to my car. I found out that all 4 baby Killdeer birds had hatched!!!!! They're so adorable!! And speedy lil buggers- they just zippity-do-daed all over the place! They did quickly nestle under their Momma when she called for them...guess she thought my phone was dangerous! My apologies for the awkward video angle; I was trying to catch everybody in it and I don't know how to rotate videos on this. On a happier note, if you turn the volume up, you will be able to hear the adult Killdeer and the babies!

It's hard to see, but she gathered her babies under her. So sweet!
Since this is a definite signal of spring in my eyes, and since I have finally gotten the new product listed, it only seems fitting to share the excitement! I'm only telling youns about this coupon; its my first one and it only seems fitting to share this first with youns! The code is "SPRINGBABIES" in honor of the lil Killdeer babies. It will work for magnets/needle minders only. Please leave a note in the checkout if you would like for yours to be needle minders so that I will know to send the backs. :) The coupon will be good through 4/13/18. Here's the URL:
https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheSewHappyStitcher?coupon=SPRINGBABIES  I am still a bit sore from Peppy's kick, but not too bad. That said, I am going to hold off on exercising another day. I was going to do cardio today, but decided that was a bad idea a few minutes into it. Oh well, it definitely could've been worse!
I'm afraid there's not much to report on the stitching front today. Hopefully, I'll be able to stitch soon. With the other 24 hr truck on their way to Columbia, and our 12 hour truck heading home at 9, that may not go as planned. We haven't done too  terribly much yet, so hopefully that trend will continue!
 Happy Stitching!
